TEKNIK RELAKSASI LIMA JARI TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN PRE OPERATIF

Abstract


Kecemasan merupakan masalah yang sering dialami oleh pasien pre operasi. Kecemasan yang berlebihan berdampak buruk bagi pasien menjelang maupun pasca operasi. Tujuan penelitian ialah mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi lima jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah quasy experimental dengan one grup pretest posttest design. Penelitian ini melibatkan 40 pasien pre operasi dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi ialah pasien pre operasi bedah minor dengan kecemasan kategori ringan-sedang serta kriterai eksklusi yaitu pasien yang tidak memiliki lengan dan mengalami penurunan kesadaran. Pengukuran tingkat kecemasan menggunakan Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunujukan pemberian terapi relaksasi lima jari berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operatif dengan P value 0,000. Terapi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi yang efektif dalam penanganan masalah kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi
