GERAKAN NO STUNTING, REMAJA SEHAT, AKTIF DAN SELAMAT (NOTHING REHAT) REMAJA: ADAPTASI METODE WORLD CAFÉ

Abstract


Stunting merupakan permasalahan serius di Pemerintah Kota Depok, dengan prevalensi  14,3% tahun 2023. Faktor predisposisi kejadian stunting pada balita adalah ibu dengan riwayat anemia sejak remaja. Prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri di Kota Depok mencapai 26,5%, dan kondisi ini memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan asupan zat besi. Sehingga pencegahan dan penatalaksanaan anemia sejak remaja menjadi langkah penting dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah upaya perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku hidup sehat remaja sebagai calon ibu di masa depan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat adalah melalui Pendekatan interaktif yang melibatkan remaja melalui metode world café, pemeriksaan kesehatan, edukasi interaktif, permainan, roleplay, demonstrasi, peer group teman sebaya dan pembentukan duta anti stunting. Materi pengabdian masyarakat berupa anemia, pencegahan stunting, perilaku sehat selamat, kesehatan reproduksi dan jiwa remaja. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan selama dua bulan di SMPN 30 Depok. Populasi 30 responden dengan kriteria inklusi remaja putri yang diberikan supervisi pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pre post. . Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan lembar kerja yang telah divalidasi. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dengan world cafe learning program dalam peningkatan pengetahuan siswa sebesar 32 poin. Terdapat perbedaan praktik mengenal budaya sehat dan selamat pada remaja dengan nilai p = 0,001. Kesimpulannya adalah gerakan nothing rehat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan remaja mengenal sehat, selamat menciptakan generasi muda yang lebih sehat, aktif, dan siap menghadapi masa depan yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat dapat digunakan sebagai pendidikan berkelanjutan, evidence base nursing dan upaya pencegahan stunting.
