Abstract

Keberhasilan penerimaan aplikasi diukur dengan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).

Abstract

Hypervolemia become a major problem for CKD patients, manifested by an increase in body weight between the two times of dialysis (Interdialytic Weight Gain/IDWG). Therapeutic regimen compliance with the including adherence to diet, medication and fluid restriction are a major factor in successful therapy for CKD patients. IDWG monitoring based on information technology as an innovative nursing application development supports fluid monitoring. The use of the IDWG application by nurses through application nursing process discipline modification with care, core and cure. The success of application acceptance is measured by the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This model expected to influence behavioral intention use to support implementation quality care. Knowing relationships performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions withbehavioral intention usein using the IDWG application. Correlational descriptive quantitative methodology with a cross sectional design using a Likert scale questionnaire with 50 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. performance expectationand facilitating conditions have no effect on behavioral intention use, effort expectancy and social influenceeffect on behavioral intention use IDWG monitoring application.
