DETERMINAN STUNTING PADA ANAK USIA 0-59 BULAN: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstract


Stunting pada anak usia 0-59 bulan terus menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia yang serius. Stunting menjadi semakin lazim di seluruh dunia setiap tahun. Untuk mengatasi tingkat stunting yang lebih rendah, sangat penting untuk memahami variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi anak usia 0-59 bulan diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Metode: Kriteria Prisma (Item Pelaporan Pilihan untuk Tinjauan Sistematis dan Analisis Meta) digunakan dalam tinjauan sistematis ini. Tiga database terkomputerisasi—Pubmed, Scoupus, dan Google Scholar—dicari secara menyeluruh untuk makalah ulasan. Perpustakaan elektronik Mendeley diisi dengan artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil: Bayi baru lahir dengan berat badan lahir rendah, usia anak yang sedang tumbuh, jenis kelamin laki-laki, kualitas gizi ibu, tingkat pendidikan ibu, usia ibu sebelum memiliki anak di bawah 20 tahun, status sosial ekonomi, dan sanitasi yang buruk semuanya berperan dalam temuan penelitian. Kejadian stunting pada anak usia 0-59 bulan disebabkan oleh berbagai keadaan, sehingga sangat penting untuk membuat rencana penanganan yang menyeluruh berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat.
