PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PERAWAT BIDAN PUSKESMAS PADA INTERVENSI PEMBERIAN MAKAN BAYI PASCA RUJUK BALIK RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract


Intervensi pemberian makan bayi pasca rujuk balik Rumah Sakit merupakan langkah krusial dalam mendukung pemulihan kesehatan. Terdapat kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Perawat Bidan memberikan edukasi dan intervensi pemberian makan. Pemberian makan bayi pasca rumah sakit  sebagai upaya intervensi menekan angka stundting 14,8 % di kota Singkawang. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyrakat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi  Perawat Bidan mendukung pemberian makan yang tepat bagi bayi pasca rujuk balik Rumah Sakit. Metode pengabdian masyarakat melalui experiential learning dengan pendamping dan praktik serta kunjungan rrumah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan selama enam bulan di Puskesmas X. Populasi 13 responden dengan kriteria inklusi Perawat Bidan diberikan pre post pengetahuan dan supevisi keterampilan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dan lembar kerja tervalidasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan responden sebesar 30,79 % keterampilan 56%. Terdapat perbedaan praktik pemberian makan bayi sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan dengan p value = 0,001. Kesimpulan metode  pendampingan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi Perawat Bidan Puskesmas. Rekomendasi dari hasil pengabdian Masyarakat dapat dijadikan pendidikan berkelanjutan, evidence base nursing dan upaya pencegahan stunting
