PENERAPAN INTERVENSI INFORMATION MOTIVATION BEHAVIORAL SKILLS PADA PENDERITA HIV UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEPATUHAN ARV : SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract


Penderita HIV/AIDS memerlukan pengobatan dengan Antiretroviral (ARV) untuk menurunkan jumlah virus HIV di dalam tubuh. Ketidak patuhan pengobatan dipengaruhi oleh jenuh, putus asa dan efek samping obat yang membuat tidak nyaman. Peningkatan kepatuhan ARV diperlukan melalui pemberian intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan yaitu melalui Motivational Behavioral Skills (IMB). Intervensi Information Motivational Behavioral Skills (IMB) bertujuan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan seseorang terhadap pengobatan dan perawatan. Melalui informasi, motivasi, dan keterampilan berperilaku untuk mengurangi risiko drop out pengobatan, perilaku pencegahan keparahan terhadap penyakit agar lebih mudah terwujud Tujuan: Tujuan dari review adalah mengidentifikasi penerapan intervensi information motivation behavioral (IMB) skills pada penderita HIV/AIDS untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat ARV. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan sistematis melalui kajian artikel tentang Information Motivational Behavioral Skills. Pencarian artikel dilakukan menggunakan data base dari CINAHL, MEDLINE, Academic search ultimate, science direct, dan google schoolar) dalam kurun waktu 2012-2022. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ditemukan 3 tema, yaitu 1) manfaat pengaplikasian intervensi information motivation behavioral skills, 2) teknik pemberian intervensi information motivation behavioral skills, dan 3) Instrument intervensi information motivation behavioral skills. Kesimpilan: Information motivation behavioral skills yang sangat efektif  terhadap kepatuhan minum obat ARV pada penderita HIV
