TAHAPAN COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY PADA RISIKO BUNUH DIRI: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstrak

Risiko bunuh diri merupakan kedaruratan psikiatri yang harus segera ditangani, hal ini untuk mencegah kemungkinan terjadinya bunuh diri. Adapun cara terbaik untuk mengetahui apakah individu mempunyai ide untuk bunuh diri adalah dengan menanyakan langsung. Ide bunuh diri individu disebabkan karena stresor dengan beberapa perspektif diantaranya: kemampuan berfikir (kognitif), sikap dan nilai (afektif), fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial atau kemasyarakatan. Kepekaan terhadap kondisi yang dialami oleh individu yang memiliki risiko bunuh diri adalah dengan memberikan motivasi dan keyakinan yang berarti. Salah satu intervensi terapi non farmakologi yang dapat diberikan adalah Cognitive Behavior Therapy Suicide Prevention.  Tujuan review untuk memberikan deskripsi tahapan CBT-SP dalam penelitian yang berfokus pada intervensi yang dilakukan untuk pencegahan bunuh diri. Metode pencarian artikel yang relevan bersumber dari Science Direct, Google Scholar, dan PubMed. Lima artikel yang dibahas masuk dalam tinjauan systematic review meliputi tahapan-tahapan CBT-SP. Kesimpulannya bahwa dengan tahapan-tahapan intervensi CBT-SP dapat menurunkan risiko bunuh diri.

Abstract

The risk of suicide is a psychiatric emergency that must be treated immediately, this is to prevent the possibility of suicide. The best way to find out if an individual has suicidal ideation is to ask directly. Individual suicidal ideation is caused by stressors with several perspectives including: thinking ability (cognitive), attitudes and values (affective), physiological, behavioral and social or social. Sensitivity to the conditions experienced by individuals who are at risk of suicide is to provide meaningful motivation and confidence. One of the non-pharmacological therapeutic interventions that can be given is Cognitive Behavior Therapy Suicide Prevention. The purpose of the review is to provide a description of the stages of CBT-SP in studies that focus on interventions for suicide prevention. Relevant article search methods are sourced from Science Direct, Google Scholar, and PubMed. The five articles discussed are included in the systematic review review covering the stages of CBT-SP. The conclusion is that the stages of CBT-SP intervention can reduce the risk of suicide.
